If Clifford and/or Joyce read half of the posts on HC or maybe took the time to ask/email the Australian people what they wanted out of Qantas ( the iconic Aussie Airline) instead of sending emails about how many more points I need to buy this or that, then maybe their share price would not have slowly trickled down from $ 2:91
I love the comfy seats, friendly staff, great safety record and free booze
I don't need the ear phones, cheap food served, news paper or supplied blanket.
No I have never owned or run a business but surely QANTAS can change/save money in other ways????
