Yes maybe this time the harsh weather conditions are just an excuse for hidden financial,problems.
Just speculation but they really seem to have done nothing at all the last 6 weeks which is more then odd.
The last PR in my eyes looks hasty (under pressure?), incomplete (gladys), strange ( matilda 11boepd).
I would not be surprised if a bankruptcy release would come now.
I'm deeply invested but I would not be surprised.
