You know what?.....I don't agree with the new laws altogether, I'll tell you why.
Why is a one punch knockout being seperated from other assaults. I have seen much more violent encounters with people's heads being kicked while already on the ground and unconscious. There were no media stories about it.
As in sports, the crime shouldn't be judged by the result but the intent.

In my going out days, these new laws would have restricted me greatly and I never hit anyone.
