Ponder this.....Thug A throws one punch....victim's head hits ground....victim dies....thug gets life.

Thug/s B punch victim/s many times in wild melee, thugs kick heads as hard as they can whilst victim is already lying comatose....so much so that Disco feels a shiver up his spine.

Victim/s get up and wander away bleeding, thugs have nothing happen to them.

I think thugs B are worse than thug A.

Like in football whether or not you broke the guys leg is beside the point.....you could have!
