And this new "punch death" law just shows the deficiencies in our legal system. If judges had given appropriate sentences to "manslaughter", then we would not be in a position of creating a special law for punching.
I fail to see where a man being stomped to death is not treated as harshly as a person who is punched to death.
Both fall under the manslaughter (or murder) category and if our judicial system had been doing their jobs, we wouldn't be in this position.
