My experience of today's youth is that they drink much less than their parents. When I was a teenager all you needed for a fake ID was to liquid paper out the last number of your DOB and replace it with a number that made you 18. Almost everyone did it. Today all ID is photo, and plastic not paper, making fake ID much harder. A huge % of my friends as a teenager drank to excess, many every weekend. There's no way today's teenagers on average are drinking anything like what my generation did.
