For all his demons he was the best footballer I have ever seen. He pretty much won the world cup in Mexico single handedly (no pun intended ). Messi is crazy excellent, as is Ronaldho, Platini was unbelievable at Juve, Zidane easily the best I've seen live , Pele a bit before my time (but played in a great team) etc, but Maradona was a giant in the biggest theatre in what otherwise was an ordinary team IMO. May he finally rest in peace.
