    For a novice such as myself could anyone with some superior intellect please advise me as to what "time-frame the SEC requires" in respect to sensitive information"?!

    Surely they are informed prior to announcing right ... surely!!!

    Still a LT Buy until proven wrong ... of course I am entering the fingers crossed stage ... lol (Marge Simpson style laugh when she tore that $800 pink gown whilst altering)
