Other than the Japanese, a buyout for BTA is unlikely.
FOr example, if GSK were to buy, they would still need to strike a licence with the Japs for LANI. . . . .and the Japs would have them over a barrel knowing that GSK were 7/8 pregnant but with no commercial rights.
