Melbourne 12 August 2008: Virax Holdings Limited (ASX: VHL) wish to announce that based upon the Company’s share register the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) has completed selling all Virax Holdings Limited securities in which they claimed equity following the collapse of Opes Prime Stockbroking Limited.
On 27 March 2008 the ANZ claimed 6,212,785 ordinary shares in the Company upon the collapse of Opes Prime Stockbrokers Limited. Since that time the ANZ have been selling those shares. This process has now concluded.
