I think the gradual SP increase is because of Laurence Freedman (strong gold price helps too).

He's pretty well known in the investment world and I'm sure he has some good contacts. I think he's spreading the word about Carrick. After all, you can have the best reserves in the world but when a tree falls in the forest.....

I've read some people asking why Freedman hasn't done anything up until now. As a regular holder (like the rest of us), he was not privy to the price sensitive ongoings of the company, and the only way he was going to be able to make a difference was to become a director and get the inside knowledge so that he could take the right course of action and represent the company.

I feel very comfortable with Laurence Freedman taking charge. He's got a track record of turning things around. Have a look at Condor Nickel (CNK) since he joined as well.

3 weeks to the day since Freedman was appointed to CRK/CNK and we have:

CRK +27.5%
CNK +37%
