You could be right about a take-over as RSG is very cheap with current the current gold price and Mcap imho.
Just have a look RSG has a MarketCap of around $900 Million
Producing 400,000 oz per year and increasing
Production costs around $700/ oz
Current gold price $1,740
Profit before tax/exploration/amort ect $400 Million!!
This is a back on the envelope figure but you get the gist.
RSG is CHEAP AS CHIPS imho.
