I love the idea but I think they would've already moved to take this private again, if they were going to. In interviews with Shrimpton at IPO he talked about he was of an age that it was time to move out of running the business. My bet is he stays on as MD to try to stabilize things and then steps aside.
SP is a falling knife. Could challenge 5c next week.
