Often see this in markets - when the future is 'known', there is little to speculate about. BMN, LOT, AGE, and a few others are in interesting positions where they have yet to make the FID, have cash on the books, and are just riding the uranium wave. Whereas the likes of PDN, BOE, and soon to be PEN, are producing, with a fairly known path forward. At least that is my explanation. Either way - if PEN can delivery it's plant on time and roughly on budget, we are severely undervalued. Sometimes it's easy to chase the 'sexy stuff' rather than sitting tight....but I suspect in 6 months sitting tight will pay off (not financial advice).
