The relentless wall of selling, week after week is getting weird. It's like there is absolutely no likelihood or expectation that PEN will get where they are saying they will be by year end. But even if there is a little bit of slippage (clearly not the end of the world), surely at these prices sellers would stand back to see where the share price can go in the short term, even if it's just to 13c ffs.
