Following Murphey's law a added to my position just before the announcement of this capital raise bringing my average up to 9.32c (I'm all cashed up after this recent crypto run up and PEN is still under 5% of my equity holdings).
I wasn't so upset though because its a reasonable amount of dilution.
Interestingly enough my URNM bought back in June 2022 is now up 100%, PEN is part of that fund but only a tiny fraction of it: 0.58% I guess fortunately.
