Agree.
First target is that gap to fill at 16c (UEC announcement)
Note how well PEN was performing April - July 2023 as it was expected (at the time) to be in production soon.
I remember at that time PEN was really outperforming most other ASX uranium stocks (which were flat or down). I expect the same outperformance for PEN in the coming months as we get closer and closer towards production late this year.
