But how is that execution risk any different to any other Uranium company that needs to build a mine and is still further away than PEN from production. However some of those companies are priced 3-5times greater than PEN. So either they are not discounted enough or PENs risk discount is ridiculously excessive. Which I think is the case hence the short term buy at these prices.
