I disagree the more risky is Bmn the big cap raise and/or dept finance needed and time frame spot price can change all that
but until then will be burning cash keeping the lights on
as well as Africa divided and has its geopolitical issues
not to forget that time about a year or so back when the Namibian government a piece of every miner on the house
which dropped the sp of uranium stocks in a flash
the safe jurisdiction of the US wins hands down
imo
