Any old ESGers on this thread???
Before it was bought out, the 8-9 months preceding the TO was just mind-numbing....nothing made sense...STO held 19.9% so it was always a matter of when....but before the final swing, they managed to to reduce the average monthly VWAP from over a dollar to around 60c or so and then came up with some 85c TO offer (all figures are just from what I remember but you get the picture of the game that was played)...
we had our price slide down continuously....our reasons were different but could be a play by some party/parties involved and we could have our 30c/35c offer which look great compared to our current sp...
All options now seem possible....again like ESG, it is WHEN rather than WILL IT HAPPEN?
