This is has scam written all over it! Were you given a contract note for these trades or do you have anything at all from the broker stating he brought the shares you listed?

IMHO you HAVE(notice the caps?) to go to a lawyer about this and take any paper work you have as proof of your claim. Write down the entire story of what has happened and what was promised prior to going to a lawyer (it'll make it quicker and easier to explain the situation).

You really need to find a specialist lawyer/law firm that deals with this area of law and type of parasite. If he is found to be in the wrong, i'm pretty sure he'll be liable for your costs and paying you the money back (check that with the lawyer). You'll have to fight for it though.
