    Thanks Daffy and to everybody else for your feed back and support.

    Fos, referred me onto ASIC who in turn said seek legal advice, so I spoke to Slater/Gordon who said because it is under $150,000, they can;t help me.
    I am currently waiting for 2 other entities to get back to me.

    I will keep everybody posted.
