It is now obvious why the sp has been suppressed. And the b______s are getting 87.5 m shares at 20 c.
The management must be too close to Locantro (Argonaut).
How can a capital raising at 20c be completed when the valuation of MMI is around 32 - 40 c?
Why would management capital raise now at the lowest point in the sp cycle in 12 months and provide a glowing project update at the same time?
It would appear as though the ordinary shareholder has been duped again with a glaring sweetheart deal.
Maybe this is the real reason why the previous CFO resigned.
