I have done bit of digging, IMO slowly but surely Scholz AG is going to take over CMV - last year their shareholding was already 42%. They are private company , not listed but they are really big boys.
Only comparison is Simms Metal with aprox. turnover
A$ 8 billion.
and this guys Scholz AG turnover is EU 3.5billion - aprox. A$ 6 billion...
