Anybody have any ideas why cma is finding it hard to make a profit is it because of its small size, bad management ?
I dont know much about this industry but i do know scrap prices for non ferrous metals such as copper is around 4-$5kg currently which is not that far off peaks paid in 2008 thats what sims pays (i live in perth cma is so far away from where i live i go to sims) have i just answered my own question? maybe instead of buying businesses in the usa why wouldnt they have concentrated on there australian/asian operations. seems like a company that was trying to expand to fast in the peak and paying the price.
Anybody have any ideas its ok talking about the SP but what has caused it to be this low?
