Ripped-off

CXL, FSL, QUE, TRT, EIS, ONE HIH, ENRON,WORLDCOM etc etc etc and many others in the past . When will the regulatory authorities have enough power and clout to deal more effectively with crooked management, of companies like those mentioned above? Seems to me they only exist to relieve honest people of their hard earned dollars and at the end of the day blame everybody but themselves and MAKING SURE THEY TAKE take all the CASH BEFOREHAND..............my opinion only, on this lovely Friday..
