The update was on 31/12/2010, The one on February was the actual signing of the contract and moving the agreement foreword from unconditional to conditional. and therefore is the more critical of the two. it is a stand alone announcement and potentially have more effect on the company operation than the previous one. and i think it is important that PNO tell the market the details of this agreement.
