I was just looking at the Drillsearch note you posted and I'm thinking where do I remember those oil fields from?
Then I remembered they were all owned by Acer Energy until Drillserarch came and offered $25.5 cents per share and then Senex got involved and the offer was bumped up to 28c. It wasn't the biggest takeover premium I have seen but the sp did rise about 50% in the days following the offer and if you were in there when it was being primed it was a easy 100%.
