They wouldn't be selling this if they are going to be free carried in SC55. I suspect they are going to have to put in some coin to get SC55 drilled, along with the other partners.
I don't mind if they spend some money as long as it is not too excessive. But I can see why the major shareholders want their 6 cps back, to stop them from blowing it all.
