Hats off to Risco - they have accumulated patiently and cleverly.
They were obviously the 'iceberg' buyer who has been evident in the market over the past three months.
A couple of points - they are willing to pay far more than the current share price. This is VERY obvious !
- they paid 38.5c for 5.8 million (28/05)
- on 15/05, they stood in the market for an order of a million at 38c
Given the newspaper article's statement that their average price is 34c and they paid 38.5c for nearly half that, this means the other 6 million averaged only 30c.
My point here is that TAP shareholders keep selling at prices lower than they are willing to pay !
Individual shareholders sell for all sorts of personal reasons but they are plainly selling into the hands of Risco.
I've said it before but if this company is sold too cheaply (stolen) then shareholders will only have themselves to blame.
