    It's been really quiet in this place for couple of months.

    Today there is interest cut round one in this year. We might be expecting another interest cut later this year. Would this stock starts to rise again given it's healthy yield?

    Anyway, the chart says it's about to turn. My 1st target is about $5.50 area.

    Anyone wants to contribute & share some opinions?
