i think calling them liars may be a bit harsh ..... withholding the FULL and TRANSPARENT truth ..... Most likely. i just don't believe that such oil pro's would purposely, royally stuff parts of up. Including picking a dud operator imo.

as for the announcments, a two year could come up with better worded announcements. they are better off saying nothing than feeding the market with tripe .... just look at RRS and the similarities here. We need announcments just to clarify the announcements!! lol

I am not saying this is an RRS mind you, just got reamed by management there too, so forgive me if i am a little cynical about these blue sky oilers :)

Overriding factor to all of the above - they are in Brazil, the oil is there and even though it's slowly, I am sure it will happen.
