The average earnings for financial companies in the S&P500 has declined 93 per cent last quarter.
So CommBank beating them by 10,000 basis points is yeah... I guess pretty ordinary? In a global context this result is stunning.
And compared to ANZ's result about to dip 25 per cent while NAB will get hammered on its lying CDO exposures.
Ordinary result my ass, they even raised the dividend.
