    Forgot to add...the ASX is very quick to issue speeding tickets to companies who have increased volumes due to no change in fundamentals but looks the other way when it occurs in reverse...prices dropping for no apparent reasons.

    I'm all for liquidity but the shenanigans in the markets is a fine line with legality...IMO. I recall being warned by a very prominent trading platform provider that I couldn't break up a large order into more than 5 parcels or it would be considered market manipulation....but when broker houses do it it's considered 'averaging buys/sells for customers.'...what a load of hypocrisy.
