I just said similar to the Mrs. Have to remind myself to be satisfied with our lot...got in at just over $2.50. Think many of those saying the SP/Valuation is too high are upset that they didn't get in early. My view is the valuation pre Covid was below fair value.
I see $8 on the way as Covid solutions unveil.
