With BBI the banks out in a sweep, jacked up interest rates so the company can never recover, and then approved asset sales to BAM at vulture prices.
If they avoid VA, I cant see this being any different. Without hybrids the dilution risk is less but the lack of progress on sales over the last 9 months means that
a) No buyers at adequate prices
or
b) Management are looking after their jobs and not selling off assets
They will do a deal and the small guy will get the shaft again. Would not be surprised if GPG is the BBP BAM.
