The holding date is gone 5/12 and the closing date for the offer is 29/12. One could presume if the SP is anywhere near 15.5 cents by the closing date, not many will take up the offer to purchase and not much money forthcoming to BQT.

I am banking on a big deal or 2, to be announced up to the 29th December so the SP is away. Now given the 26th and 27th are public holidays that does not leave a lot of dates for positive announcements to move the SP up.
