I'm in Melbourne too, and I can confirm the "talk" around here is the BFS will be a stunner and capital costs will be much lower than the initial estimate of $4.3b, around $3.5-3.8 is what I'm hearing. But a lass at the pub last night was adamant that the project would come in under $3b, apparently she's been sleeping around a bit so she knows best.
