it is not reasonable they charged me $100 per year two years ago and now are charging me & other low consumers $430 per year now
it is not reasonable the govt earns $1billion profit per annum
naturally, a service fee should correlate to use
large users that use heaps of air-con & have many appliances should pay more
where as poor people like us should pay less since we use less
