Angers thanks too and I know it's frustrating when you have to be there to hear the comments and also talk privately with the boss. Unfortunately as you know, a lot of the presenters ad lib comments are the really insightful ones. Maybe you could ask the company to consider Les recording his presentations on mp3 and making them available on their website.

Thanks Oracle. Yes I agree that SLR is the real deal. In fact Les was talking to me about strategies he has developed for encouraging executive motivation and entrepreneurship within the company. My comment to him was it would be pretty easy for all staff at SLR to be motivated because the company has clear direction, very disciplined practices and consistently achieves targets.
They really are the real deal.
