there was nothing in the presentation that warranted an ASX ann. I think that too many immaterial and unnecessary ASX anns chip away at a company's credibility to be honest.
On your other point, I don't think it would be politic for Les to be talking about specific IGR drill programs etc at this stage. I think he would prefer to keep his comments at a general level until the transaction is complete.
Just my take on it, others will no doubt have different opinions.
