Please correct me if my observations are incorrect...
To me the ASX Farm In notice incorrect..
"GPR will immediately commit to a $240,000 equity investment in Rimfire shares at 0.32 cents per share;"
Should it not be be .0032 per share as 75 million shares @.0032 = $240,000.
Also the 75 million shares will be issued on May 19. But Payment on May 31......with shares currently at .007 hopefully they are held in escrow until payment made?
