I bought a few just to keep me interested. However I have to say that I just dont trust the story/management enough to take a really meaningful position. Also they cant pay dividends as you keep on mentioning and then have the $$ to expand into phase 4 and for M&A. Where they will get the capital from - I dont know! They seem highly leveraged already and equity looks out of the question at this price. So I think you cant have both dividends and phase 4 growth / M&A together. Something's got to give and sadly I dont think there is much option to pay much out in dividends.
