Re the expansion facilitation. We always thoght it would flow out from excess cash flow that s not paid out in divs over the next few years. They have only just finished phase3 and would need further bulding as well as plant and equipment ( land ? dont know seems large enough area in situ)

Also i very much doubt Chinese management or indeed Co sec in Adelaide look at hotcopper to respond to you queries publicly the next day..
