boysy1: I hold neither NZO nor PPP (sold out of PPP a while ago).
But I do think that NZO's move was a clever one, i.e. they have kind of a "blocking" stake in PPP. IF a big player comes along to buy up PPP, then NZO at least makes ample money. Otherwise, they "kind of control" PPP. At least that is the way I see it. NO need for NZO at this point in time to make a full take-over...
And PPP has - again IMHO - no management/no intention to really do something productive with their money. Hence, nothing will really change for some time.
Of course, I could be completely wrong !
