    Opening vol of 416K this am, again advancing on some new trend. Could PPP be chasing some target such as Horizon's part sale of Stanley? At these prices NZO stand to make a tidy profit if some other suitor is pursuing a strategic stake to either block a future take over or to take control itself. Something is afoot but what could it be?
