the MD has been in the job 23 years. VIE is a classic 'lifestyle' co, with the board and mgmt happy to plod on banking their fat chqs while adding NOTHING to shareholders wealth.
time well overdue for a change, especially id breach of the related parties rules has taken place.
an MCX takeover move looks like the best bet for VIE holders to make some long overdue SP gains.
