rising share price

after falling so low on low volumes now its finally hit $4 and once again on low to moderate volumes.....

with the 1st buy back finished and another one in the wings....

..I have a strong feeling there is going to be a placement at above the $4 mark....not a big one but one that will strengthen the balance sheet........

after that I feel they will sit back and let the market act in its normal fashion...then they will start another buyback...pocketing a profit along the way......

as this project is slated to be operation late 2013 it appears to be the logical path to follow.......

I say this on the back of the recent deal of debt for shares with sinosteel which took 3,333,333 shares at $3.90 in lieu of $13Mill for additional/alternative components....

we will have to wait and see if I am correct or not
