They would need to pay to much to get the approval for a takeover bid.
I could not see the board of KCN accepting or recommending anything less than the Morningstar fair value which is $3.40 , and who is going to bid a 400% premium
Maybe someone will build a 19.9 holding and give the shorters something to worry about first ?
