I havent looked heavily into previous announcements for ARE. I am not sure whether historic drilling was completed. If not, they would be why ADV chose the tenements where they did. Although ARE have pretty much started their mineral search, i dont foresee it progressing without substantial results, similar to ADV.. But, i would always be open to a JVIMO.
